How to change your campaign start date

The "All Time" date range option allows you to display data for the total life of your campaign. However, displaying data from years or months ago might not make sense all the time. For this reason, we allow our customers to edit their campaign start date, which will determine the start date of the "All Time" date range option.

To change your campaign start date, click "Settings" at the bottom of the left side menu within your campaign.

By default, you should land on the Campaign Details page. If not, select Campaign Details from the settings page menu.

On the Campaign Details page, click the campaign start date field to open the calendar. From here, select the month and year, then click the date you'd like the campaign to start.

Once saved, the "All Time" date range option will always show data going back to this date.
