How to upgrade from a trial to a paid plan
The account admin can access the billing portal to upgrade your account's plan. To quickly jump to the billing page, click Upgrade Now in the banner at the top of your screen.
Alternatively, you can click on the Home button located on the left navigation menu, and then click Billing.
Selecting a plan
On the Billing page, select the plan you wish to subscribe to and the number of Clients you'd like to start with. Each plan includes some Clients; check out the pricing page for more details.
Click the plan you'd like. If you'd like to purchase more Clients than are included with the plan, click the up arrow to increase the Clients count.
On the right, under the subscription summary, choose whether you'd like to subscribe monthly or annually.
Annual subscriptions come with a significant upfront discount. Due to this substantial discount, we do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds if you cancel the subscription partway through the year.
Your selected plan name and corresponding cost will also be displayed under Subscription Summary, showcasing the amount due at purchase. Any taxes mandatory for your purchase region will also be displayed here.
Enter a coupon code
If you have a coupon code, enter it before continuing through the process to ensure your discount is locked in.
In the same subscription summary, click Have a coupon? to expand the coupon section. In the expanded field, enter the coupon code you received, then hit Apply.
The amount due will be updated to display the discount applied from the coupon.
Select optional add-ons
Depending on your needs, you can purchase optional add-ons along with your subscription. Click the Add-ons tab at the top of the page or click the link in the Add-ons section to access the add-ons marketplace.
Here, all optional add-ons will be listed for purchase. Some can be trialed for 14 days, like Rank Tracker, and will automatically bill at the end of the add-on trial period.
Enter payment details
Once you've settled on the plan type, add-ons, and entered any coupons you had, scroll down the page to the payment section. Select either Credit or PayPal by clicking the circle next to the relevant option, then enter in your information.
With PayPal, click the dot to the left then finish entering your address information. When you go to complete the order a popup window will automatically launch, where you will be directed to PayPal to authenticate and complete the purchase through the PayPal site.
Review and finalize your purchase
On the right of the page is a Subscription Summary that reflects your currently selected plan type, Client count, and renewal interval. Some locations require tax, which will also be reflected in the Subscription Summary.
When ready to check out, click Complete Order on the right-hand side to complete your purchase and activate your new subscription!
