FAQ

Where does the Stripe 'Payments' metric fetch its data from?

AgencyAnalytics fetches "Payments" data via Stripe's Charges API endpoint.

Which Stripe API key should I use to connect?

Stripe gives you two types of API keys: a secret key and a publishable key. Use the secret key when connecting to AgencyAnalytics. Also, make sure you're using your live key, not your test key. Live keys start with sk_live_. Using the wrong key type is the most common reason a Stripe connection fails.

Why is some of my historical Stripe data missing?

AgencyAnalytics can pull up to 1,800 records per data type from Stripe. If your account has more activity than that, or if you're viewing a heavily filtered date range, some older records may not appear. If you're missing data you expect to see, try narrowing your date range to pull more targeted results.
