In order to assist you with visualizing your automated reports as they'll appear when sent to clients, we offer the ability to view either sample data or live client data within the report editor when configuring your report design.

Live data is exceptionally useful when crafting a summary of analysis, as you can refer to your client's actual numbers without having to toggle between the editor and the dashboard integrations.

Sample data is most useful when you don't have any - or only have a limited amount - of live data available.

To toggle between sample and live data, open the report in the design editor, then click the Report Settings button in the top-left corner of the screen. Under the Data section, choose either Live or Sample.

The system will remember your last selection and apply it as your default preference for future sessions.
