How to create a report using a pre-configured report template
In order to assist our customers with quickly designing reports that will "wow" their clients, we offer a variety of pre-designed report templates to choose from.
Begin by choosing "Reports" from the left side menu. Then, from either the Scheduled or Not Scheduled tabs, click Create report in the upper right hand corner.
If you're not creating a report from inside a campaign, you'll be prompted to select your campaign. If you're creating within a campaign, you won't have to do this.
In the Choose Source step, select the "Start from a Template" option.
You'll then be presented with a list of templates to choose from. Click the dropdown menu to filter to only pre-built templates, or scroll through the list of templates.
Tick the radio box next to your selection, then click "Continue".
Your report will then be created, based on the pre-configured template that you've chosen. Save the report, then you'll then be able to edit the report further and apply any additional customizations.
