This is a non-standard configuration, and is not recommend by Facebook's "best practices" guidelines. Our dashboard is not designed to work with this type of setup, and is not able to differentiate between campaigns in your Facebook Ads account if they are not split up by customer. If this is the case for you, then we recommend re-creating your FB Ads campaigns within the Facebook Business Manager interface.
Customers with this configuration would need to re-organize their Facebook Ads account before using FB Ads with AgencyAnalytics.
