How to cancel your subscription
Note that the admin of your subscription is the only user with access to the billing and cancellation screen. The account admin can access the billing portal here to cancel your account or follow the instructions below to cancel:
Navigate to your billing dashboard in the usual way, by clicking your user icon in the upper right corner of your screen, then clicking "Billing".
Alternatively, this may also be accessed through the sidebar.
Once inside your Billing dashboard, navigate to the Subscription tab and simply click the "Cancel" link.
Then choose "Delete Account" from the menu.
You will also have the option to pause your subscription if needed, or to contact our Support team for help.
Click "Continue" in the confirmation window that appears.
Select the reason you're canceling from the list of options.
Then, share your feedback with us about why you're canceling your subscription.
Depending on which reason you choose in the previous step, this window may look slightly different.
After you've entered your feedback, click "Continue".
Lastly, click the button that says "Cancel Subscription" to confirm the cancellation.
Once you cancel, you will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer any pro-rated refunds for subscriptions canceled part-way through a billing cycle.
