How to cancel your subscription
The account Admin can cancel or pause a subscription from the billing page. To do so, click the user profile icon in the top right corner, then click Billing.
Next, scroll to the bottom of the Subscription page and click Cancel Subscription.
To stop future billings, click Delete Account, then follow the prompts in the cancelation window.
What happens once you cancel:
You will continue to have access for the remainder of your billing term
Once your term is up, you will not be able to access any of your clients
After 3 months, we will permanently delete all the data in your account
After reviewing what happens when you cancel, click continue in the bottom left.
Next, please share the main reason you're canceling by completing the brief exit questions.
This information helps us understand changing needs and bring positive change to the platform.
Once you've answered these quick questions, click Continue.
Lastly, click Cancel Subscription in the bottom left. This will cancel your account, preventing the next renewal. We do not offer prorated refunds for subscriptions canceled in the middle of a subscription period.
Once you cancel, you will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing cycle, after which all dashboards and reports will become inaccessible to clients and agency users.
