WildJar FAQ
Why does the Call Source column show a number instead of a name?
This happens when the Tracking Source field hasn't been set in WildJar for that tracking number. The Call Source column in AgencyAnalytics displays whatever value is in that field: if it's blank or a default number, that's what will appear.
To fix it, log into your WildJar account and update the Tracking Source field for the relevant tracking number. Once saved, the updated label will display in the Call Source column in AgencyAnalytics.
Why can't I sign in to WildJar to connect it?
WildJar has a security measures in place that block sign-ins if your computers set location and time zone don't match the WildJar account you're trying to connect.
If this happens to you, try changing your computer's time zone to match the account's, then attempt the connection again. If you're connecting on behalf of a client, you can also allow the client to connect the integration directly so they can sign in from their own location.
