Pausing Your AgencyAnalytics Subscription

Pausing your subscription allows you to temporarily suspend your account without canceling it entirely. There are some important factors to keep in mind:

  • Maximum Pause Duration: Subscriptions can be paused for a maximum of three months. Pauses cannot be extended beyond this limit.

  • Access During Pause: While your subscription is paused, you will not have access to your account or the ability to download reports. Access and functionality remain disabled until the account is unpaused.

  • Subscription Renews: When the paused period is over, your subscription automatically resumes, and monthly billing restarts. A reminder email is sent before billing resumes.

Only the Account Admin, or a Staff User with billing permissions, can pause a subscription.

Step 1. Click your user profile icon in the lower left corner, then click Billing from the drop-down.

Step 2. On the Billing page, scroll down and click Cancel Subscription (below Payment Method).

Step 3. In the window that appears, click Pause on the left side.

Step 4. Use the dropdown to select a pause duration of 1, 2, or 3 months. Fill out any remaining fields, then click Pause Subscription.

Your subscription will automatically resume and billing will restart at the end of the selected pause period. You'll receive a reminder email before billing resumes.

❓ Paused Subscription FAQ

What happens when my subscription is paused?

  • Your account data is saved — you can pick up right where you left off when your subscription resumes.

  • Active data collection and data warehousing pause and restart when your subscription resumes.

  • You won't have access to your account or the ability to download reports while paused.

What happens if I pause mid-billing cycle?

You won't lose the remaining days in your current billing period. After the pause ends, your account reactivates and those remaining paid days are applied before your subscription renews.

Example: A subscription that renews on the 1st of each month is paused on January 15th for 3 months. On April 15th, it automatically unpauses and the remaining 15 days from January are restored — billing doesn't resume until May 1st.

Can I resume my subscription manually?

To resume early, sign in to AgencyAnalytics and click Resume Subscription in the banner at the top of the screen. Then click Resume Subscription in the lower left to confirm. You'll be placed back on your previous plan and charged accordingly.

Can pauses be extended beyond 3 months?

No — the maximum pause duration is 3 months and cannot be extended.

⚠️ Note: Logging back into a paused account can trigger reactivation and a charge. If you want to cancel instead of resume, complete the full cancellation process without logging in to reactivate the account.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

The Account Admin can cancel a subscription from the Billing page.

Step 1. Click your user profile icon in the lower left corner, then click Billing.

Step 2. Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription page and click Cancel Subscription.

Step 3. Click Delete Account, then follow the prompts in the cancellation window.

Step 4. Review what happens when you cancel (see below), then click Continue in the bottom left.

Step 5. Answer the brief exit survey — this helps the team understand your needs and improve the platform. Click Continue when done.

Step 6. Click Cancel Subscription in the bottom left to confirm. This prevents your account from renewing at the next billing cycle.

Note: AgencyAnalytics does not offer prorated refunds for subscriptions cancelled mid-billing period.

What happens once you cancel

  • You'll retain access until the end of your current billing term.

  • Once the term ends, you and your clients will lose access to all dashboards and reports.

  • After 3 months, all account data is permanently deleted.

  • You can manually delete campaigns, data, and personal information from your profile before cancelling if you prefer.

❓ Cancelation FAQ

What happens to billing after I cancel?

What if I don't cancel manually?

An active subscription continues until you manually cancel it through the Billing section.

Can I delete my data before cancelling?
