🔌 Connect BirdEye
To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating BirdEye within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting must have:
Admin permission level
BirdEye API key and Business ID for the account you wish to connect
If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:
Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect BirdEye.
Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.
Search for BirdEye in the upper right search box or by scrolling through the integrations, then click the BirdEye card.
Click Connect New Account, or if you've previously connected to BirdEye, click the gray Connect New Account button below the connections list.
Next, enter the BirdEye API key and business ID, then click Save.
Lastly, choose the client account or sub-account to which you'd like to connect for the campaign, then click Save at the bottom left to finalize the connection.
The integration will then be complete, and your client's BirdEye metrics will then be imported and displayed within the dashboard.
❓ BirdEye FAQ
Where do I find my BirdEye API key and Business ID?
From within your BirdEye account, go to the Account tab, then click Developers. You can copy both the API key and Business ID from here.
Why are Tripadvisor reviews not showing?
We can only display data that BirdEye makes available through their API. Since TripAdvisor reviews aren't currently available via the BirdEye API, we aren't able to display them in AgencyAnalytics.
Why can't I see all the results from BirdEye?
Due to limitations with the BirdEye API, we're only able to fetch the first 1,000 results.
