To use Bulk Actions, you must be the Admin of an Agency Pro account or a Staff user with Reports & Templates and Bulk Actions permissions enabled.
Perform a New Bulk Action
Bulk Actions enable teams to quickly and easily manage and update Reports and Dashboard sections across Clients. To get started, click Bulk Actions in the left sidebar.
On the Bulk Actions page, click Perform New Action in the upper right corner. If this is the first Bulk Action you're creating, click Perform New Action in the center of the page.
In the Bulk Action window, choose from Reports or Dashboards to see available Bulk Actions.
Next, choose the type of action the operation will perform.

After selecting the operation type, the steps to run a bulk action are essentially the same for both Reports and Dashboards.
Follow the prompts in the window to choose the content that will be applied until you've completed all steps in the setup window.
Add a new report or dashboard section to multiple Clients
After selecting the operation type, click Add on the far left.
Use the search field to quickly find the template you need, then select it by clicking the circle next to its name. Clicking the template name will also open a design preview on the right.
When ready, click Continue in the bottom left to move to the next step.
Next select the Clients you want to add the template to. Use the dropdown at the top to filter by client group, or use the search field in the upper right of the table.
Once you've selected one or more Clients, click continue at the bottom left.
Lastly, choose a title for the new report or dashboard section you're creating, then click Continue at the bottom left to proceed to the confirmation page.
On the left, you'll see a confirmation message, and on the right, a scrollable preview of the new report or dashboard section.
When ready, click Add Template in the bottom left to approve and queue the bulk operation. Depending on the number of Clients involved, the update may take time; you can view progress on the Bulk Actions table.
Apply an existing template to selected reports or dashboard sections
This option will apply whichever template you choose to the selected existing report or dashboard sections. Doing so will fully replace the contents of the report or dashboard section with the contents of the template.
After selecting the Report or Dashboard action type, click Apply Template.
Available templates can be filtered by Default and Custom templates, or you can search using the bar at the top of the templates list. To preview any template, click the template name to open a slide-out on the right.
To make your selection, click the circle to the left of the template name, then click Continue at the bottom left.
Reports or dashboard sections can be filtered by Group, Client, and Type, or using the search field in the upper right.
Once the results are narrowed, click the individual boxes to the left of the report or dashboard names to select, or click the uppermost checkbox to select all of the displayed results, then click Continue in the bottom left.
Lastly, review and confirm the changes before clicking Apply template in the bottom left to queue the bulk action.
Depending on the scale of the operation, it may take some time to complete; you can view the operation status for details.
Bulk remove reports or dashboard sections
Using Bulk Actions, you can delete multiple reports or dashboard sections at once. Click Remove on the far right to choose this action.
Next, select the reports or dashboard sections you'd like to permanently remove. You can filter by Group, Client, and Type, or use the search field in the upper right.
Once the results are narrowed, click the individual boxes to the left of the report or section names to select, or click the uppermost checkbox to select all of the displayed results, then click Continue in the bottom left.
Lastly, confirm you wish to remove the selected reports or dashboard sections, then click Remove Reports in the bottom left to queue this action. With large requests, it may take some time to finish; you can view the operation status on the actions table.
Edit report schedules for multiple reports
In the bulk operations wizard, select Report as the operation type, then click Pause/Resume Schedules.
In the next step, choose whether to pause or resume Report scheduling.
Next, choose which Reports will have their schedules paused. Use the Client Group or Client dropdowns at the top to filter reports. Alternatively, use the search field in the upper right of the report table to search for reports by name.
Click the boxes to the left of each report that will be paused, then click Continue in the bottom left.
Lastly, review and confirm the selected action. When ready, click Pause Schedule to run the action and bulk pause the selected scheduled reports.
Edit report email messaging for multiple reports
In the bulk action window, select Report as the operation type, then click Edit Email Message.
Next, select which Reports you'd like to update the email messaging for. Use the Client Group and Client dropdowns at the top to filter reports. Alternatively, you can search by report name using the search box in the upper right of the report table.
Click the box to the left of the report names to select, then click Continue in the bottom left.
Type the email message you'd like to bulk apply in the message field. Once ready, click Continue in the bottom left.
Lastly, review the final message on the right for any errors before clicking Update Message in the bottom left to finalize this action.
Download Reports and Dashboards in Bulk
The Bulk Downloads option allows you to download your reports or dashboards as a zip file or separate PDF files. You can access your downloaded reports and dashboard sections directly from your downloads area.
From the Bulk Actions page, click Perform New Action in the upper right, then choose either Reports or Dashboards.
Then choose the bulk action, in this case, Bulk Download.
In the next step, choose which dashboard sections or reports to download.
Select a date range for the downloads and an optional comparison period.
Lastly, confirm that you'd like to download the selected content, then click Download at the bottom left.
Once complete, you can access your downloaded reports and dashboard sections directly from your device's downloads area!
Understanding the Bulk Actions table
The Bulk Actions table displays every bulk action in your account. On the right of the table, you can view the Status of any action, including a progress bar indicating the completed percentage.
To view details about each action, click the action name in the far left column to open a slide-out on the right. If a bulk action fails, details will be displayed here, highlighting the specific issues or affected Clients.
