🔌 Connect Basis Platform
To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating Basis Platform within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting must have:
Username
Client ID
If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:
Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect Basis Platform.
Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.
Search for Basis Platform in the upper right search box or by scrolling through the integrations, then click the Basis Platform card.
Click Connect New Account, or if you've previously connected to Basis Platform, click the gray Connect New Account button below the connections list.
Enter your username and Client ID, then click Save in the lower left to finalize the connection.
The integration will then be complete, and your client's Basis Platform metrics will be imported and displayed within the dashboard.
