First, navigate to the left side menu and click on the call tracking integration you have connected with AgencyAnalytics.
Next, scroll down to the call tracking table and click on the headphone icon (next to the date) for the call you wish to listen to.
You'll then see a slide-out panel appear on the far right side of the screen, where you can listen to the call within your browser.
You can also download the call by clicking the vertical ellipsis "..." in the slide-out panel and clicking '"Download".
