Staff and Admin who sign into an AgencyAnalytics account each have a user profile that can be customized for a more personal experience.
User information like email, password, photo, and language can all be updated from the profile page.
Update user display name and email address
Open your Profile page by clicking the user profile icon in the upper right, then clicking Profile in the dropdown.
On the profile page, click the appropriate fields, then type the updated information. When ready, click Save in the bottom left to lock in these changes.
If you change your email address, please triple-check that it is correct. This will change the email you log in with and the one you receive notifications or reports to.
Admin users updating their email addresses should note that changing their profile email will also change the email associated with their subscription.
Update user profile photo
On the profile page, click Upload New Picture to open the file explorer on your computer. Click the image you wish to use, then click Open in the file explorer.
If your profile image was uploaded successfully, a confirmation message will appear in the bottom left. Click Save to finalize the upload.
Change your password
If you've forgotten your password, simply use the Forgot Password button on the login page to trigger a password reset to your email on file.
If you know your password and wish to change it, sign in to your account, click your profile icon in the upper right, then click Settings in the drop-down menu.
On the Settings page, click Change Password under the Security heading, then enter your current password and your new password in the other fields. Once all fields are full, the Save button will appear. Click Save to lock in your change.
Enable AgencyAnalytics support chat
Staff users can toggle on or off the AgenyAnalytics support chat displayed at the bottom right of their AgencyAnalytics environment.
Click Settings on the left menu, then click Support Messaging. If the toggle is gray, the support icon is turned off. Click the toggle to turn on the display for the support chat, turning the button green. Click Save in the bottom left to lock in your changes.
Please note that with the toggle turned off, you may still receive in-app messages from us regarding important updates and other information.
