How to set up a custom domain

Note: White label settings are only available to the admin of your subscription.

First, navigate to your White Label control panel by clicking your name in the upper right hand corner of your dashboard, and selecting "White Label".

Alternatively, this is also accessible from the campaign overview, by clicking Settings in the left side menu.

From within the settings section, click on the White Label tab.

Once in the White Label control panel, scroll down to "Login/Domain".

First, specify a "site name". The name that you enter here will be used as the title in the browser tab for your custom URL.

Next, you can choose to create either a custom subdomain or a custom domain. Custom subdomains are available on all plans, while custom domains are available on some plans.

Custom Subdomain

The benefit of creating a custom subdomain is that it can be set up with just a couple of clicks, and requires no other configuration on your end. Custom subdomains are automatically SSL/HTTPS capable.

The main drawback is that custom subdomains are not 100% white labeled.

Custom subdomains are in the format of The "YourCompanyName" part of the URL is automatically set up when you first create your account, based on the company name you tell us. It can be edited with the following instructions:

To edit (or set up) a custom subdomain, simply check the radio button for "Subdomain", enter the name that you'd like to use in the box provided. Click save, then allow up to 10 minutes for the new site name to propagate.

Note that you should only include words and hyphens in the custom subdomain text box (do not not include HTTP://, HTTPS://, .com, etc.). As an example: If you'd like the custom subdomain to be, you'd simply enter myagency into the textbox.

Custom Domain

We highly recommend creating a full custom domain, and this option is available on most of our plans. A custom domain puts a really nice polish on your customer-facing white-label presentation, and just like custom subdomains, they offer automatic SSL/HTTPS functionality.

The drawback of using a custom domain is that they require a little more configuration to get set up and working properly.

To create a custom domain, tick the radio button for "Custom Domain", and then enter the domain name that you'd like to use in the box provided. Note that this URL should be in the format of (or .net/.org/.ca etc.) and that it must be a URL that you actually own. For example, you can set your custom domain to be, or

Then, follow the instructions provided in the interface to configure the domain through your webhost. Be sure to save your changes before you exit this screen.

For your convenience, here are the instructions that you'll find in the interface:

Please follow these instructions to point your domain to the client access area:

  • Create a 'CNAME' record using your desired hostname (eg

  • Point the CNAME to ''

  • Wait an hour or more for it to propagate

  • Once complete, accessing this domain should redirect to your client access area

Note: Creating a redirect is NOT the same thing as creating a CNAME record.
