Overview of Views
With Views, shape and combine your data into any table structure – matching how you and your client measures performance, not how platforms output it.
Once your view is built, it stays current automatically – no more weekly spreadsheet pulls before client calls.
The Views feature is available with Agency, Agency Pro, and Enterprise subscriptions.
Create a View
To get started create or open a Report or Dashboard. Click Views on the right-side toolbar, then click Create View.
Next, choose how you'd like to start the View. You can type in an AI prompt, choose from suggested prompts, manually fill a blank view, or clone an existing view.
In this example, we've used the suggested prompt "Cross-Platform Ad Performance" to compare important metrics between Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
After entering or selecting a prompt your View will generate. Here you can make further changes to the View.
The top of the table notes the purpose of each column.
Data Source refers to the platform from which you're pulling data
Dimension determines how the data is organized ie. by platform, campaign, date
Metrics are the data points being pulled from each data source
You can always add more data sources or metrics to the View by clicking the Add button in the respective column. Only one Dimension can be selected to organize the data by.
Each column has additional options and settings you can customize depending on your specific use case.
Click the pencil icon in the upper right of any column to open it's particular menu, and alter the related settings via the drop down menus and text fields.
Scroll down in the Create View window to view a preview of the data. When ready, click Save View in the bottom left.
With the View created, drag and drop it from the Views menu on the right onto your dashboard or report. Click and drag the widget to move it around, or click and drag out the bottom right corner to resize it.
To change how the view is sorted, click the view widget then Data at the top of the right sidebar. Choose your preferred sort metric and sort direction from the drop down menus.
You can quickly edit a View by clicking the corresponding widget then clicking Edit View at the bottom of the right side menu.
Manage Existing Views
To manage your Views, navigate to a Client, click More in the top navigation bar, then click Views in the dropdown.
On the Views page, click the name of a View on the left to preview it. When reviewing, you can make edits by clicking Edit View in the top right. Click Create View in the bottom left to make a new View from this page.
To delete a View, hover over the view name in the left sidebar, then click the red trash can icon.
In the confirmation popup, click Delete to permanently delete this View.
