Using the Client Portal, quickly and easily set brand colors and logos for each unique Client, add Client users, and manage dashboard visibility.

Client Portal Overview

The Client Portal helps you to easily manage your Clients' experience in AgencyAnalytics by centralizing branding, user access, and dashboard visibility controls for each unique Client.

This helps to improve transparency with your clients while keeping everything simple for your team to access, customize, and manage in one place.

Custom Client branding is available on some plans. If it is not supported by your plan, these features will not be available in the Client Portal.

Using the Client Portal

From within any Client, click Client Portal in the top navigation bar to open the Client Portal Settings.

Client Branding

In the top section of the Client Portal you can customize and preview Client branding. Add your Clients' logo and choose one of their brand colors to accent their Client interface. The preview on the right will show a general representation of the chosen branding.

Manage Dashboard Visibility

In the bottom left you can choose which Dashboards will be visible to the Client Users that log into their portal.

Click the selection field to open a drop down menu, then click the checkbox to select or deselect specific dashboards.

In this example we deselected the test dashboards where we're creating new designs. This ensures that when a Client User logs in they won't see our works in progress until we're ready for them to have access.

Freelancer plans do not have unique dashboard visibility settings. On Freelancer when a Client User is invited to the platform they will have view access to all dashboards created within their unique Client.

Client User Management

In the lower right of the Client Portal settings you can add, view, and manage Client Users for this specific Client. Click Add User to open the user creation window.

To quickly edit existing users, click the ellipsis (...) to the right of the user name, then choose an option from the dropdown menu. You can edit their profile or Client Access, resend an invitation, or login as the user to emulate their experience.

Client Access refers to the specific Clients a user should be able to view.

Example of Client Access:

  • Your agency is hired by Nike to run marketing for North American and South American markets.

  • You create two Clients in AgencyAnalytics: One Client for Nike NA and one for Nike SA.

  • You create Client Users for Nike team members so they can login and view important dashboards quickly and easily.

    • Teammate A exclusively manages brand contracts for Nike NA. You give them Client Access to the Client Nike NA, but not Nike SA.

    • Teammate B manages sponsorship deals for Nike NA and Nike SA. You give them Client Access to both Nike NA and Nike SA.

Client data is kept separate and secure. Teammate A will not be able to view any data in the Nike SA Client unless their Client Access is manually updated to provide them access.

User management is also available via the Users section, where you can make more granular changes to which integration dashboards and sections a user can view.
