The Home page is where you can view and organize all the Clients in your account. There are two views available: list view and tile view.
Click the icons in the upper right to switch between views. The selection you choose will be remembered the next time you return to the Home page.
List View
The List View displays all Clients and Client folders in one sortable and searchable list. Metrics can be added to the List view to help you monitor performance indicators at a glance.
Click the Metrics & Filters icon in the upper right, then click the checkboxes to select up to 50 metrics to display on the Client table.
Performance Metrics are only available in list view on some of our plans. For more information, please contact our friendly support team.
Add the Health Score attribute under the same Metrics & Filters menu to see an overall Health Score for your Client. The Health Score is generated by analyzing connected integrations, comparing them to industry benchmarks, and identifying performance outliers.
Sort the List view by clicking a column header. This will display your Clients in ascending or descending order based on the column's values.
The Health Score requires connected integrations to display. If no integrations are connected, the health score attribute will display a dash.
In the example below, we're sorting by Health Score, opting to view Clients in descending order from highest score to lowest.
Folders will aggregate the data of Clients within them to display averaged totals. Clicking into the Folder will show the individual data for those Clients.
Tile View
In Tile view, your Clients are displayed alphabetically as large tiles with a visual website preview.
Click on a Folder to expand it, revealing the Clients organized within.
