Connect and manage integrations with ease from the account-level or client-level integrations pages.

Connect and Manage Your Integrations More Intuitively

We’ve streamlined the integration process and revamped both the account-level and client-level integration pages to make connecting and managing your integrations easier than ever.

No matter where you are on the platform, you’ll find a more intuitive, seamless experience designed to keep everything running smoothly!

Using the new client-level integration page

Once you've opened a Client, click the Integrations page on the left sidebar, then click Connect Integration in the upper right to open the new integration marketplace.

Along with the visual refresh and streamlined process, the new integration marketplace has some new features to help you manage your connected accounts.

Compare the steps below against the image key to discover new ways to manage connections:

  1. Typing in the search bar will quickly filter the integrations, showing only ones that match the entered text.

  2. Filter the integrations by New and Popular, or filter with a category like SEO from the dropdown menu.

  3. Hovering to the right of an integration name will reveal a tooltip with the option to view the integration demo or read the help center article.

  4. After connecting an integration with multi-account support, an indicator will show the number of accounts connected to this Client and the total number of accounts you can connect to this Client.

  5. A green checkmark will display after connection on any integrations that don't have multi-account support

Connect an integration to a Client

Connecting an integration is essentially the same process as before, just with fewer steps.

From within a Client, click Integrations on the left sidebar, then click Connect Integration in the upper right.

With the integration marketplace open, search for or scroll until you locate the integration you'd like to connect.

In this example, the indicator shows that someone has already connected one Google Analytics 4 account. Click the integration tile to open the connection page.

On the connection page, we can see the account that they already authorized and connected under the label Pavel Chekov.

Click the label to expand the list of available accounts, or click the grey Connect New Account bar at the bottom to authorize a new connection.

This will launch the authorization window, which is different for each data source you integrate. Follow the prompts in the pop-up to finalize the connection.

Once the connection is successful, you'll be redirected to the page below. Click Connect Another Integration to return to the marketplace and easily continue adding new integrations.

Using the account-level integration page

The account-level integration page is accessed by clicking Integrations on the left sidebar from any page outside of a Client.

From here, you can connect integrations to any Client by clicking Connect at the top right and then following the prompts within the integrations marketplace.

Understanding the account-level integration table

The account-level integration table displays integration accounts from across the platform.

Each column provides useful information for managing your integration connections.

Integration

Displays the name of the connection integration

Label

Taken from the native platform, it is not available for every integration

Identifier

Taken from the native platform to identify each account's origins/owner

Clients Connected

Number of clients where the named integration has been connected

Status

Displays the connection status. It will show disconnected when 1 or more accounts have disconnected.

Click the filters button in the upper right to open a slideout where you can quickly and easily filter for specific integrations or by integration status.

Clicking an integration name will open a slideout on the right, displaying all previously connected account instances for that integration.

In the slideout, click the ellipsis to the right of the integration name to open a dropdown. Choose to quickly reconnect an integration, visit the prebuilt dashboard section, or edit settings.

Fully remove an integrated account from AgencyAnalytics

Integration accounts can be fully removed from AgencyAnalytics if they are not actively connected to a Client.

To remove a connected integration, click the integration name, then click the ellipsis menu in the slideout. In the dropdown, click "Remove" and then confirm in the popup.

Click Remove, then confirm the removal in the pop-up prompt.

Once the integration account is no longer connected to a Client, the status will show Disconnected. You can delete the account from AgencyAnalytics by clicking the ellipsis menu to the far right and then clicking Delete.

Follow the prompts in the confirmation pop-up to finalize the deletion.
