Create a Campaign template
If your team uses the same report and dashboard formats across campaigns, Campaign templates can be used to combine these into one quick and easy step.
From the Home page, hover over the left sidebar and click Templates.
On the Templates page, click Create Template in the upper right to launch the creation wizard.
Click Create a Blank Campaign Template to start from scratch, or click Start from a Template to use an existing Campaign Template as the base.
Name the new campaign template, then click Continue in the lower left to create the Template.
After a few seconds, you'll be redirected to the Campaign Template, ready to fill with your dashboard sections and reports.
Add dashboard sections and reports to a Campaign Template
From within a Campaign Template, click Create Dashboard Section, or click Reports, then Create Report.
The dashboard sections or reports added to the Campaign Template will be generated when this template is used to create a Campaign.
Please note that the report or dashboard section will display demo data until it is applied to a campaign with integrations connected.
You can exit the template and save progress anytime by clicking Exit Edit Mode.
Edit a Campaign template
Click the Templates button on the left side menu, then click the name of the Campaign you wish to edit.
The template will open in Edit mode, where you can add or remove reports and dashboard sections or edit the reports and dashboards you've previously added.
Changing a campaign template will not alter campaigns already created from this template; any edits will only apply to future campaigns created from the template.
Delete a Campaign template
Click the Templates button on the left side menu from the Home page. Then, on the Template page, click the check box next to the template you wish to delete.
Once a Template is selected, the Delete button will be revealed at the top left of the templates table. Click Delete to launch the confirmation pop-up.
In the pop-up, review the Campaign Templates that will be deleted, then click Delete to remove them from your account. Deleting Campaign Templates is permanent; they cannot be restored.
