🔌 Connect Brevo
To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating Brevo to a Client, the person connecting must have:
A valid API key from Brevo
If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:
Open the Client where you'd like to connect Brevo.
Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.
Click Connect Integration in the upper right corner.
Search for Brevo in the search bar at the top, then click the Brevo card.
Enter your Brevo API key, then click Save.

My API key is valid. Why am I getting an invalid API key error?
If your API key is valid but you're seeing this error, then it's likely that there are IPs in your Brevo account that have not been verified yet. Once you verify those natively in Brevo, this error will resolve, and you'll be able to connect successfully.
Alternatively, you can try turning off "IP filtering" in Brevo, which may allow you to connect.
