❓ Choozle FAQ
How can I locate my Choozle API Key?
Choozle Support shared the following steps that Choozle customers must follow to receive an API key.
Create an “API Only” user email and add it to your Choozle account(s) with the permission setting “API User”.
You will then receive 2 system emails to register this new API user email, which they will need to register and confirm the email address for.
Once the API user email is confirmed, the user must contact Choozle Support again, and they will pull the key on the back end!
Choozle recommends that clients use an email that is not tied to an individual's email in case of turnover; choose an email that you anticipate will always be able to access.
If you use Gmail, you can create an alias by adding a "+" after your email address name (e.g., user+api@choozle.com). The alias will still go to user@choozle.com but be recognized as a separate address.
