FAQ
How far back does Pinterest data go?
Pinterest's API only supports 90 days of historical data. If you set a date range beyond 90 days back from today, data won't be available for the earlier portion of that range.
Why can't I see historical follower counts?
Pinterest doesn't provide historical follower data through its API. Follower history isn't available in AgencyAnalytics as a result, only the current follower count can be displayed.
What does the Followers metric show?
As of April 15, 2025, the Followers metric reflects all-time follower data rather than a point-in-time count. This change was made to align with an update to Pinterest's API.
Why does my Pinterest data include pins I didn't expect?
Pinterest data in AgencyAnalytics includes both protected and unprotected pins. This is how the Pinterest API returns data, and it can't be filtered by pin type at this time.
