How to change the time zone for report delivery
Different time zones can be specified for each of your campaigns. In addition to impacting the way that data is displayed on your dashboards, this settings also affects the exact time your reports will be sent, ensuring your clients receive their reports at the right time, regardless of where they are in the world.
To change your campaign's time zone, click "Settings" at the bottom of the campaign's left side menu.
By default, you should be on the Campaign Details page. If not, select Campaign Details from the settings page menu.

On this page, click the dropdown under Timezone. Select the timezone that corresponds closest with your client.
This will ensure that reports are sent based on the timezone you've chosen. For example: If you've set a scheduled report to send at 2pm and your timezone is set to Australia/Melbourne, the report will be sent at 2pm Melbourne time.
