On July 1st, 2023, Google officially sunset Universal Analytics and replaced it with Google Analytics 4. After that date, GA-UA no longer collected information; the program only allowed users to view historically collected data.

One year later on July 1st, 2024, Universal Analytics was officially shut down by Google, removing the remaining access via the GA interface and API access to third-party programs like ours.

Since we are a third-party program, we cannot save GA-UA data for your company. You would need to download data directly through GA-UA. For more information regarding this change, and steps to download data via GA-UA, please check out the official Google Support page here.

If you have downloaded data from GA-UA, we recommend using our Google Sheets integration to pull that information onto your dashboard or reports.
