Understanding your invoice

Our invoices convey a lot of crucial information! This article will walk you through each section of your AgencyAnalytics invoice

Reading your invoice

Our invoices provide five distinct pieces of information:

  • Our contact information

  • Your contact information

  • Invoice/Customer information

  • Subscription information

  • Charges and Payments

Our contact information

This section is found in the upper left-hand corner of the invoice, and contains our basic contact information, which should be sufficient for any tax or accounting purposes.

Your contact information

Your contact information is found below our contact information. This is generated from the company details section while the name on the invoice is pulled from the Admin Profile page.

Additionally, a VAT number or other tax ID will be displayed in this section if one has been added within the Company Details page.

Invoice details

This section contains a summary of the vital data that pertains to this invoice.

  • Invoice number: The invoice number, generated internally at AgencyAnalytics

  • Invoice date: The date that the invoice was generated, which is the same as the due date for this billing. May or may not be the date that the invoice was paid

  • Invoice amount: The total amount due, before any payments were applied, for this invoice

  • Customer ID: The internal customer ID that AgencyAnalytics uses to identify your account

  • Paid/Unpaid: A simple indication of whether or not this invoice has been paid in full

Subscription information

This section contains data that refers to your subscription itself. The subscription ID is used internally to identify your subscription. Below that the billing period for this invoice is displayed, and finally your next billing date, at which your next invoice will be generated.

Charges and Payments

This section provides you with a breakdown of your current charges and payments applied to this invoice.

You'll find the name of your plan and any add-ons, the pricing for for each line item, any taxes applied, any credits applied, and then finally, detailed information about your payment and payment method and amount due if any.

This sections displays a breakdown of the charges and payments. You'll find the plan name, campaign unit count, any applied coupons or credits, all broken down in this section.
