Troubleshooting Steps

Many common issues that our customers report are browser or cookie-based problems that can be resolved in a few steps.

We've listed these steps from basic to slightly more complex and recommend you work your way down the list when troubleshooting an issue. If something isn't possible or doesn't apply, you can just move on to the next suggestion.

Reset Your Current Environment

Sometimes things just need a quick refresh to work how you'd like them to. Resetting your environment is an easy way to start troubleshooting.

  1. Log out of AgencyAnalytics, then log back in to your account.

  2. Log out of the integration platform you're having trouble with, then sign back in.

  3. Check that you're on the most up-to-date version of your current browser.

  4. Turn off any ad-blockers for AgencyAnalytics and log out of any VPNs.

Open a New Neutral Environment

There are a few simple ways to open a neutral or fresh environment that won't have the same issue you're facing.

  1. Try an incognito or private window for your current browser.

  2. Try a different browser entirely. If you're using Chrome, try Firefox and vice versa.

  3. Try using a different device by asking a coworker to test on their device or using a second computer.

  4. Try a completely different network, like your home internet, instead of your office.

Clear AgencyAnalytics Browser Caches in Google Chrome

After following the steps below, you will need to sign in to AgencyAnalytics again.

First, click the vertical three dots in the upper right-hand corner of your browser. This will open a dropdown menu, look for Settings, then click to open this page in your browser.

On the Settings page, click Privacy and Security in the left menu. Then, on the Privacy and Security page, click "Cookies and other site data".

On the Cookies and site data page, scroll down until you find "See all site data and permissions", then click to open.

Finally, use the search box in the upper right corner to search for "AgencyAnalytics." Among the results, you should see an item for "agency analytics.app." Click on the trash can icon next to it to delete cached data specifically for our site.

Once it's finished, please log back into AgencyAnalytics, and the issue should be resolved!
