On February 10, 2025 the term Campaign will be replaced with Client across AgencyAnaltyics.

In our conversations with customers, many of you have shared your confusion about the term "Campaign".

It didn't align with how your teams were structuring your workflows, and teams felt confused about pricing, which is based on number of clients.

Many of you also shared that you considered a Campaign a Client anyway, which is a sentiment we shared too, often calling them "client campaigns" ourselves!

We heard you, and on February 10, 2025 Campaign will be replaced with Client across AgencyAnalytics.

Don't worry! This change only affects the terminology we're using, none of your workflows or existing "Clients" will be affected.

❓ Campaign to Client FAQ

Can I still expect to see "Campaign" anywhere in AgencyAnalytics?

The term campaign will still be used for the Perform API end point, and in the Labs feature Campaign Auditor. Any other mentions of campaign will be in reference to a marketing campaign.

What does this mean for my existing campaigns?

There’s no change to your data or workflows—only the terminology has been updated for clarity and alignment.

How will this improve my experience?

By using familiar terminology, we're hoping you'll find it easier to navigate the platform and organize your work, reducing the learning curve and streamlining operations.

How does this change make pricing clearer?

Our pricing has always been based around the number of clients you manage in AgencyAnalytics. When we used the term "Campaign", it led to confusion, with some users thinking they needed to pay for each marketing campaign within a client.

By using "Client," we’ve aligned our terminology with the way agencies naturally organize their work, making it easier to understand and predict costs.

What if my team or I were already budgeting based on the term 'Campaign'?

The underlying pricing hasn’t changed—just the terminology. If you’re managing X clients, your pricing remains exactly the same, but now it’s easier to see how it scales as your agency grows.

Does this change impact how I track marketing campaigns under each client?

Absolutely not! You'll still be able to connect the same integrations and view the same marketing campaigns. This is only a terminology update to clarify navigation and pricing.

Why didn’t you make this change earlier?

We wanted to ensure that any change we made reflected real customer needs. After listening to feedback from agencies, we carefully implemented this change to make the platform more intuitive and pricing more transparent.

What if, in my account, a campaign doesn't represent a "client"?

While we've shifted to the term "Client" to align with most agency workflows, your ability to organize your work within each Client remains unchanged. The functionality you're used to is still the same.
