Anomaly Detection

By enabling Anomaly Detection on key line and area graph widgets, your team can easily identify and analyze unexpected performance trends.

Available on some of our plans, Staff or Admin users can quickly enable Anomaly Detection to catch deviations in performance data.

Find more information on Forecasting here, and Benchmarks, here.

Enable Anomaly Detection on a widget

Anomaly Detection can be quickly toggled on or off for any compatible widget.

Hover over the line or area chart widget in question, then click the Insights icon in the upper right. If the insights icon does not appear in the widget's upper right, then Anomaly Detection is unsupported for this widget type.

Anomaly Detection can also be enabled when first adding a widget; simply drag and drop the chart widget to a dashboard or report, then toggle Show Anomalies on under the Display tab.

To turn Anomaly Detection off, simply click the toggle again to disable anomaly detection for the selected widget.
