How To Configure and Design a Mobile-Optimized Dashboard

Add your desired widgets to the standard, desktop version of your campaign dashboard as described here.

Then, click "Edit Dashboard".

Next, select the "Mobile" icon.

The dashboard will switch to Mobile mode. Drag and drop widgets in mobile mode to create the mobile version of your dashboard. When finished, click "Save" to save your changes, or "Cancel" to exit the edit mode without saving your changes.
