How to set a time period for your data

To set a date range, click the date range selector at the top right of a dashboard.

The available options are straightforward:

Today: Displays data from the past 24 hours.
Last 7 days: Displays data from the past 7 days, including today.
Last 30 days: Displays data from the last 30 days, including today.
This month: Displays data from the current calendar month.
All time: Depending on the module, will either display data starting with the date that you set up the integration in our dashboard, or will display data starting from when you began collecting data for that integration. There's more information in the notes below.

To set a custom data range, click the beginning and end date for your range on the calendar, then click "Apply".

When you select a new date range to display, it will take effect immediately. When choosing a date range from a dashboard, it will affect all modules and widgets.

Note: We're only able to display the data that is available to us.

  • For certain modules, such as Rank Tracker, we can only show data beginning with the date that a keyword is added to the dashboard for tracking.

  • For others, such as Google Analytics, we can show data as far back as the date that you began collecting data in your native Google Analytics account (provided that data is still available in your Google Analytics account).

  • For other modules (such as the Social modules), it's a mixed bag, and the data that we're able to show is limited by the specific social network in question, with certain metrics being available further back than others. Some social metrics can only show data starting from the date you connect them with our platform.
