How to set a time period for your data
To set a date range, first click the date range drop down to view the available options.
The available options are fairly straight-forward:
Today: Displays data from the past 24 hours
Last 7 days: Displays data from the past 7 days
This month: Displays data from the current calendar month (NOT the past 30 days)
All time: Depending on the module, will either display data starting with the date that you setup the integration in or dashboard, or will display data starting from when you began collecting data for that integration. Further information in the note below.
Custom: Displays data from the specific date range that you choose.
To set a custom data range, click the beginning date for your range on the left-hand calendar, and the end date for your range on the right-hand calendar, then click "Ok".
When you click on a new date range to display, it will take effect immediately. When choosing a date range from the root dashboard for an individual campaign, it will affect all modules, and all widgets.
When choosing a date range from within any specific module, it will only affect the module in question.
Note: We're only able to display the data that is available to us.
- For certain modules, such as Rankings, we can only show data beginning with the date that a keyword is added to the dashboard for tracking.
- For others, such as Google Analytics, we can show data as far back as the date that you began collecting data in your native GA account.
- For still other modules, such as the Social modules, it's a mixed bag, and the data that we're able to show is limited by the specific social network in question, with certain metrics being available further back than others.
