Multi-factor authentication is a security feature available on Enterprise subscriptions.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of security to your AgencyAnalytics account by requiring users to verify their identity using an emailed code.

This added layer of security reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your clients marketing data, providing peace of mind for you and your clients.

How to enable multi-factor authentication

First, click your user icon in the top right then click Profile from the dropdown.

Next, find and click Security Center in the Settings menu to expand available options, then click Multi-Factor Authentication.

Once on the MFA page, click the Enable button on the far right to enable Multi-Factor Authentication.

When ready, click Continue to trigger a verification code to be sent to the email address associated with your AgencyAnalytics user account.

After sending, the email step will show a checkmark to the left of it to indicate the email was sent.

Next locate the email in your email inbox, and copy the 6-digit code we sent. Head back to the MFA page, then enter this code in the verification field. Click Verify to submit the code.

Once the code is entered and the account is successfully verified, the MFA page will update to show an Enabled tag next to your email address.

Disable Multi-Factor Authentication

To disable MFA on your user account head back to the Security Center > MFA page. Once there, look for and click the red Disable button to the far right of the verified email address.

In the pop-up window confirm this action. Once done MFA will be disabled on your user account. To re-enable it, you will need to follow the set up steps again.
