Freelancer Client Permissions Overview
On our Freelancer plan, client user permissions are not customizable; instead, client user accounts come with a set of basic permissions.
Other plans offered do include user permissions that can be customized.
User account management
Freelancer client users have access to their own Profile, where they can make the following changes:
Update their login email address
Edit their profile image
Edit the first and last name displayed on their profile
Update their password from the password page
Client Dashboard
A Client dashboard is likely to be the most viewed area for client users, as you can customize it to showcase your client's most important data. While there, your clients can:
View, share, and present their dashboard
Select date ranges for displayed data
Download their dashboard as a PDF
Share dashboard widgets
Integration Dashboards
If your agency has connected an integration, then the corresponding integration dashboard will be automatically available to client users. While viewing these dashboards, client users can:
View, share, and present their dashboard
Select date ranges for displayed data
Select filters for displayed data (not available on Rank Tracker)
Share dashboard widgets when applicable
Download their dashboard as a PDF or XLS
With these permissions, your clients will be able to view, filter, and download all their important information!
