🔌 Connect Google Business Profile
To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating Google Business Profile within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting must have:
Minimum permission level of 'Owner' or 'Manager' for the required pages
If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:
Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect Google Business Profile.
Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.
Search for Google Business Profile in the upper right search box, then click the Google Business Profile card.
Click Connect New Account, or if you've previously connected to Google Business Profile, click the gray Connect New Account button below the connections list.
In the authentication window, follow the prompts to sign into the relevant Google account.
How to connect multiple Google Business Profiles to a single campaign
Connecting multiple Google Business Profiles to a campaign follows the same general steps as connecting one page.
Open the campaign where you'd like to connect multiple GBPs, click Integrations on the left side menu, search Google Business Profile in the upper right, then click the card.
Click Connect New Account, or if you've previously connected a GBP to this campaign, the button will say Switch Account instead.
On the next page, click the circles to the left of each Google Business Profile you wish to connect to the campaign, then click Save in the bottom left. In total, you can connect up to 50 GBP locations within one campaign!
If the accounts you wish to connect aren't in the connection list, add a new account by clicking Connect New Account at the bottom, then repeat the selection process.
