How to mark a task as incomplete
A crucial feature of the tasks module is the ability to mark tasks as "complete" or "incomplete". This will allow you to provide a breakdown of tasks in the reporting for your customers by whether they are complete or not, and allows your staff to stay organized, by focusing only on those tasks which are still incomplete.
If you've mistakenly marked a task as "complete", you can mark it as incomplete again by navigating to the "Complete" tab, then ticking the radio button to the left of the task name.
This will move the task back to it's original task list under the "Incomplete" tab.
- Completed a task? Great! Mark it as complete by following these steps.
- Need to delegate a task? Assign it to a team member and then apply a due date.
- Add a list of complete or incomplete tasks to a scheduled report.
