How to mark a task as complete
A crucial feature of the tasks module is the ability to mark tasks as "complete" or "incomplete". This will allow you to provide a breakdown of tasks in the reporting for your customers by whether they are complete or not, and allows your staff to stay organized, by focusing only on those tasks which are still incomplete.
Find the task list in question, then tick the "bullet" to the left of the task item.
The task will then be moved to the "Complete" tab, organized by date completed.
Made a mistake? Move tasks back to Incomplete status by following these steps.
Need to delegate a task? Assign it to a team member and then apply a due date.
