We require that all active subscriptions are on auto-renewal. We don't offer the option of turning off auto-renewal. You're welcome to schedule cancellation prior to your next billing date.
Can I turn off auto-renew?
All subscriptions are on autorenewal. It's not possible to turn off the autorenew option.
