Why is my payment being declined?
AgencyAnalytics never declines a payment. We simply report a decline code when we receive it from your card issuer.
Note that AgencyAnalytics is based in Canada, and that many card issuers will flag and decline "foreign" transactions. If you're sure that you have funds on your card, and you're located outside of Canada, this is the most likely cause for your card being declined.
We're not able to troubleshoot any decline codes from our end. For any questions about a declined charge, please contact your bank or card issuer.
Please note that we only accept Credit Card and PayPal payments. Debit card payments are not supported.
