Widgets are not currently available for the root dashboard. We've had many recent requests for a way to show data at a glance across all campaigns, and not just for specific campaigns. We do offer certain metrics in the "List View" in your root campaign dashboard, and we'll be evaluating the possibility of including account-wide, root dashboard widgets in the future.
