How to update your credit card on file
The account admin can access the billing portal here to update the payment method.
To update your credit card, navigate to the billing portal by clicking your user icon in the top right corner of the dashboard, then clicking "Billing".
Alternatively, this may also be accessed through the Campaigns (home screen) sidebar.
On the Billing dashboard, under the "Payment Method" heading, click "Change" to open those settings for editing.
Then, simply enter your new credit card information, and click "Save" when finished.
Upon saving, you may be prompted to confirm the billing amount via an extra popup. This prompt is handled by your bank or credit card provider.
Please note that we only accept Credit Card and PayPal payments. Debit card payments are not supported.
