Upcoming CRM Deprecation
On February 4, 2025, the CRM feature via Labs will be deprecated from AgencyAnalytics. This means the "Companies" tab will no longer be available in your account after that date.
This deprecation allows us to focus on refining our core functionalities and exploring ways to deliver a more advanced CRM solution in the future.
We understand this change may cause some disruption, and we deeply appreciate the time you’ve spent exploring this Labs feature. Your support and feedback have been invaluable in helping us innovate and improve our platform!
If you have data stored in the CRM feature, please download it as an XLS file and save it externally before February 4 to ensure you don’t lose any important information.

How to download CRM Companies' data
The CRM Companies' data can be downloaded from the Companies dashboard. In the upper right, click the Share icon, then Download XLS.
The XLS file will be downloaded to your computer, where it can be imported into the spreadsheet software of your choice.
