Site audits are a critical part of your SEO toolkit. Oftentimes, onsite-SEO is neglected in favor of offsite, simply because consultants aren't sure which items to focus on, other than issues that are glaringly obvious. But onsite-SEO can be even more important than offsite when it comes to optimizing for high rankings. And having a tool which will analyze a site and tell you precisely which pieces of your onsite-SEO game may need attention is crucial. That's where our Site Auditor utility comes in.

How to run a one-time site audit

First, ensure you've enabled the site auditor in your campaign, and have configured the settings to fit your needs.

Then, navigate to Site Auditor within your campaign of choice by hovering the sidebar to the left, clicking SEO, then Site Auditor.

Next, click the Perform Audit button in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

In the window that appears, click Start Crawl.

The auditor will now crawl your website. Audits can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours to complete, depending on the number of pages being crawled, and the current load on our servers.

Note: We only keep historical site audit data for 3 months. After 3 months, it's automatically deleted. You can download your site audit data as a PDF report if you wish to keep long-term records. See here for more information on creating reports and downloading them as PDFs.
