How to set up the BirdEye integration

First, navigate to the campaign where you'd like to connect the BirdEye integration, then click "Integrations" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

Next, either search BirdEye in the upper right search box, or click the Local category, then click BirdEye.

Then click Connect New Account.

In the window that appears, enter the API key and business ID for the BirdEye account that contains the campaigns that you would like to connect.

To obtain your BirdEye API Key and Business ID, follow these instructions:

Log into your BirdEye account and go to your Account tab.
Click on "Developers".
Copy the API Key and Business ID provided on this page.

Once you've entered your credentials, click "Save".

Next, choose the client account or sub-account that you'd like to connect to this campaign.

The integration will then be complete, and your client's BirdEye metrics will then be imported and displayed within the dashboard.
