Great! You're well on your way to being an AgencyAnalytics pro, saving hours on reporting every month, improving your customer's satisfaction with your reporting, streamlining agency workflows, and much more.

In this article, I'm going to walk you through some "intermediate" level tips and tricks that should help to get your account set up properly and get you started off on the right foot with AgencyAnalytics.

Invoice Information
For tax purposes, most customers need their AgencyAnalytics invoices to include accurate information. We pull the data for our invoices from the "Account" area of the admin user's profile. This article will show you exactly how to access that area and fill out the information

White Label
Depending on your membership plan, we offer a variety of options to white label your account. White labeling allows you to apply YOUR agency or business's branding, so that as far as your customers know, the reports and even the live web based dashboard are coming from utilities created and developed in-house by YOU.

Core White Labeling Steps:

Dashboard Language
In addition, if you or your customers speak a language other than English, don't hesitate to change your dashboard language

Purchase Add-Ons
Need more campaigns or key-words? You can purchase them on an a la carte basis as your company grows.

Campaigns

In addition to adding campaigns, you'll need to know how to edit them. You can edit a campaign URL or campaign name. Delete a campaign. Organize your campaigns into folders. And toggle your campaign view.

It also helps to understand how the "All Time" time period in each campaign works.

Deleted a campaign by mistake? Just let us know and we can usually restore it.

Integrations

Beyond knowing defining integrations and understanding how to connect them, it's useful to be able to disconnect an integration for troubleshooting or administrative purposes, and to enable integration "demo data" when showing the dashboard to prospects.

Metrics

Did you know that you can track rankings as emulated from multiple geographic locations for each keyword - no limits other than your normal account keyword limits. Plenty of location based metrics and filters available as well!

Tags and filters can be a game changer, especially for large agencies. Read more here about custom tags, and here about "starred" keywords (essentially "quick tags"). More on working with tagged keywords within the rank tracking integration here, and working with them in the reports here

In addition, filters are available under the "settings slider" and in many of the widgets for the PPC and Google Analytics integrations.

Finally, compare data against a previous period by following these steps.

Dashboards

There are a ton of customization options available for widgets in the client dashboards. Change their title, color, apply filter, and toggle metrics, plus rearrange and resize as you see fit.

Organize your dashboards with "title header" widgets.

Create dashboard templates to save time and streamline your agency's reporting workflow. You can create dashboard templates from scratch, or clone an existing dashboard template. Then, it's simple to create new dashboards based off from those templates. Get started fast by using a pre-configured template design.

Have one dashboard that you love? Save time by copying it to other campaigns

We also highly recommend that you configure a separate mobile-friendly dashboard view!

Reports

We updated and overhauled our report editor in September of 2018. Check out the announcement and overview of the new report editor here.

Similar to our dashboard widgets, there are SO many customization options available for report widgets. Change their title, color, apply filters, toggle metrics and more. Rearrange and resize them to create the perfect report.
