Why does my dashboard show a different currency than my native account?

If you've recently changed the currency in your native account, you will need to reconnect your integration for the changes to take effect.

Agency Analytics will show in your integration dashboards and widgets in the same currency as the one in your native account. For example, if the currency in your Facebook Ads native account (at business.facebook.com) is set to Euros, we'll show the same currency symbol in your AgencyAnalytics campaign (€).

Reconnect your integration to update your new currency

If you've applied changes to your native account's currency after adding your integration, you might need to reintegrate it for the changes to take effect.

To do so, head over to your campaign's Integrations section and select the desired integration.


Next, click "Switch Account".


From here, you'll be able to re-select your account and connect it to your campaign.


You will not lose your data, and your currency should now match the one in your native account. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team, we'll be happy to help!
