To disable your AgencyAnalytics support chat icon, first navigate to the Settings option from the account overview screen.

Alternatively, you can also access these settings by clicking your user icon at the top right of screen, then "Profile".

Once in the account settings, click Support Messaging from the settings page menu.

On this page there will be a toggle. When grey, with "no" visible, no support chat icon will show. When enabled, it will be green instead. The support icon normally showing in the bottom right of your screen will now be disabled until this option is re-enabled. 

Note that you may still receive in-app messages from us regarding important updates and other information.
