Why didn't I receive my password reset email?

So you requested a password reset and didn't receive it...

Have you checked your spam folder? If you use Gmail, AgencyAnalytics emails frequently go to the Promotional folder. Have you checked there?

If you check those locations and still aren't able to locate the password reset email, it could be that our email server has received either a hard or soft "bounce" from your email address in the past, and has automatically blacklisted your email address.
